PROFILE

I am an interdisciplinary movement artist, facilitator, performer, PhD researcher and mother working at the intersection of dance, theatre, community and micro-politics. My creative practice draws from physical theatre, contemporary dance and embodied practices, and an in-depth study of the Viewpoints Technique. I’m particularly interested in disrupting established notions of hierarchy and colonial legacy as well as to explore embodiment of micro-politics, practices of care, arts-activism and embodied ways of knowing.
