I am an interdisciplinary movement artist, facilitator, performer, choreographer, teacher, researcher, and mother with a trajectory drawn from physical theatre, contemporary dance and somatic practices, and an in-depth study of the Viewpoints Technique. My practice is situated in the intersections of somatics and politics with a current research within the realm of embodiment of micro-politics, practices of care, arts-activism. Current performance interests revolve around exploring the topic of rubbish waste and accumulation
